Kaylee Heiser, 11, and friend, Lucas Hargrove, 11, of Richardton, try to sell puppies Sunday in downtown Richardton. A pregnant homeless dog ended up with the Heiser family and had nine puppies. They had three puppies left Sunday and Heiser’s sign said the puppies were $10 “or if not, anything you can afford.” In some cases, that meant giving away puppies, but Heiser said her mom was OK with that too.
