A memorial decal was recently placed by Bryce Freer, 19, on the back of his pickup truck. Bryce’s step-father, Tracy Freer, died early Wednesday after injuries he sustained from a hit-and-run that occurred just feet from where Bryce’s truck sat Saturday at the Queen City Motel.
