A crew tends to a semi tanker early Saturday afternoon after the rig rolled over during a two-vehicle accident just west of the Gladstone exit on Interstate 94. The truck was transporting a liquid substance used for animal feed, some of which spilled as a result of the crash, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
