Dickinson Police Department Officer Jeremy Moser addresses the Dickinson City Commission after receiving two awards honoring him at Monday night’s meeting for helping save a man from a burning trailer the evening of Jan. 4. Moser received the North Dakota Peace Officers Association Bravery Award and a Mayor Commendation Award. Also receiving commendation awards were citizens Presley Pizzie, Robin Nunley and Casey Pelson.
