Craig Monteilh, who says he infiltrated Southern California mosques as an FBI informant and wants to clear his name of suspicions he might have promoted terrorist activities, talks about his experiences in Irvine, Calif., Thursday, Feb. 26, 2009. Former FBI agents and federal prosecutors say spying on mosques is still one of the government's best weapons to thwart terrorists _ and the benefit to national security is likely to far outweigh any embarrassment to the agency.
