Mass of Christian burial for Abbot Patrick Moore will be 10 a.m., today, Aug. 14, 2012, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in New England with Bishop David Kagan celebrating and Abbot Brian Wangler, O.S.B. concelebrating.
Visitation will continue one hour prior to the funeral Mass at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in New England.
A Mass for the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary for Abbot Patrick will be 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 15, at Assumption Abbey in Richardton, with Abbot Brian Wangler celebrating.
A committal and burial service will follow at the Assumption Abbey Cemetery.
Visitation for Abbot Patrick will be today, Aug. 14, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Assumption Abbey with a vigil service being held at 7 p.m. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the Mass.
Abbot Patrick (Donald) Moore, OSB, 73, died on Aug. 9, 2012, in a head-on collision south of Belfield.
