A memorial service for James “Jim” Linnell, 49, Wilton, formerly of Killdeer, is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Wilton. Interment will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, south of Mandan.
