A funeral Mass for Paul Reichert, 54, Dallas, is 10 a.m. today at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Dickinson, with Rev. Charles Heidt celebrating.

A funeral Mass for Paul Reichert, 54, Dallas, is 10 a.m. today at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Dickinson, with Rev. Charles Heidt celebrating. Burial will follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery. Lunch will be served at the Ramada Grand Dakota Lodge.

Paul passed away at his home on Thursday, Nov. 22, of natural causes.

Paul was born at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Dickinson on April 7, 1958. He was the fourth son of Dr. Donald J. and Monica M. Reichert.

He graduated from Trinity High School in May 1976. He attended the University of North Dakota from September 1976 until May 1980 when he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in business. Paul attended graduate school in Greeley, Colo., where he received his master’s in business administration in June 1982.

Following graduation from the University of Northern Colorado, he moved to Dallas, where he resided for 30 years. During that time, he was primarily employed by H & R Block. He was also a self-described “investor” and enjoyed monitoring world financial markets.

Paul is survived by his three brothers, James (Antonio) of Minneapolis, John (Julie and son AJ) of Dallas, and Mark (Alvina), niece, Meghan, nephews, Geoffrey and Thomas of Bismarck.

Paul is preceded in death by his father and mother, Dr. Donald J. and Monica M. Reichert.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Donald J. Reichert Scholarship in care of the University of North Dakota Medical School.
