Jeanette H. Cookson

Jeanette H. (Karsky) Cookson was born Nov. 15, 1934, in Dickinson and passed away Saturday, Jan. 5, in Bellevue, Wash., at the age of 78.

She lived in Bellevue for the last 25 years. She was an avid reader and enjoyed her weekly lunches with her grandsons and watching their sport and theatrical activities.

She is survived by her daughters, Diane Cookson and Nancy Davidson, the greatest joy in her life, her grandsons, Dylan, Garrett and Greggory Davidson, and her seven siblings.

A memorial service was held Thursday, Jan. 10, at Sunset Hills Funeral Home in Bellevue, Wash.

She was a wonderful friend, sister, mother and grandmother and her strong spirit will always be remembered.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances to the Lupus Foundation would be appreciated.
