BEULAH — The Dickinson Volunteers picked up a pair of important Section 8 wins over Beulah Tuesday at Goldmann Field. Dickinson swept, beating the Cyclones 10-4 and 6-5 to get a firm grasp on second place in the section standings.

After pitching a gem in a win over Hettinger last week, Kelly was at it again on Wednesday at Southside Municipal Ballpark.
There is still much to come — a lot of snow left to melt, and in this winter of our discontent, maybe even more snow to fall. Roads will be underwater and rivers and streams will swell some more before it’s over. But, so far, North Dakotans have done themselves proud.
