A deal between the Stark County State’s Attorney’s Office and Timothy Menges, the man accused of killing Dickinson resident and business owner Tracy Freer with his vehicle in November, is close to being set.
Family and friends of Tracy Freer packed the third floor courtroom at the Stark County Courthouse on Monday during a preliminary hearing to determine if there was enough evidence against the man accused of striking the motel owner.
Family members of the late Tracy Freer — who died as the result of a hit-and-run incident in Dickinson last fall — have raised their reward offering in search of finding answers to many questions that remain about Freer’s death.
