Dickinson City employees are not satisfied with the payment they receive for the jobs they do, according to a city survey, and the local government may need to make financial changes on a “grand scale” to keep its workers, officials said.
While Dickinson will face many challenges in the next four years, it will also have an opportunity to become “the new and improved Dickinson,” three candidates for two Dickinson City Commission seats said Thursday at a candidate forum at City Hall.
