FARGO — Temperatures are going to descend into near Arctic territory today from Dickinson — with lows below zero tonight and as low as minus 15 degrees Sunday night — to Fargo, where lows are forecast to drop into the minus-20s for Sunday and Monday, the National Weather Service said.
