A local watering hole’s liquor license may change and the city could choose to issue an additional after a new alcohol ordinance passed first reading during a Dickinson City Commission meeting at City Hall Monday evening.
After a local entrepreneur approached Dickinson for a liquor license, city officials have spent several months deciphering how to issue an additional one and it appears it will come down to a bidding process.
The Little Missouri Saloon still won’t be with a liquor license for two weeks in May.
At a regular meeting of the Medora City Council Tuesday night, the council heard from Little Missouri owner, Travis Froelich, about an incident in December that resulted in a violation of the city’s three-strike liquor license agreement.
MEDORA —The Iron Horse Saloon won’t be the only bar unable to serve alcohol in May.
After a unanimous vote, the Medora City Council found the Little Missouri Saloon in violation of the city’s three-strike rule regarding liquor licenses during its regular meeting Tuesday.
