BISMARCK — Responding to a new prediction that North Dakota’s population will jump 25 percent by 2025, Gov. Jack Dalrymple said Tuesday he will advocate boosting state subsidies for public works and low-income housing.
BISMARCK (AP) — The number of North Dakotans using food stamps to buy groceries dropped 2 percent in the last month of fiscal 2011, while the state’s population swelled to an all-time high spurred by a hardy economy.
