WILLISTON — As soon as last year’s Rockin’ the Bakken motorcycle fun run ended, people asked organizer Roger Stout when he’d have the next one planned. That’s when Stout knew the growing oil boom town had enough motorcycle enthusiasts to support a bigger event. He’s planning the first Williston motorcycle rally for June 22.
