Recycling Committee Director Suz Springer said, “Our goal is to give the community a visual of how much we could keep out of the land fill each day.” The group collaborated with the North Dakota Solid Waste and Recycling Association to gather plastic, newspaper and household batteries to be hauled to Bismarck. Another event will be in mid-November to celebrate America Recycles Day.
