Name of driver killed in rollover released

The driver of a white 1997 Chevrolet pickup was killed Tuesday when the vehicle rolled near Killdeer.

Dennis J. Youngbear, 44 of Mandaree was driving the vehicle south on Highway 22 at 5:43 p.m. when it went off the road and into the east ditch, according to a press release from the North Dakota Highway Patrol. The vehicle reportedly rolled and went into a small ravine, coming to rest facing east.

The driver, who was not wearing a seatbelt was ejected from the vehicle, according to the report.

The incident is under investigation and no other information was available.
