Criminal complaint shows Belfield man accused of murder confesses; vehicle located
The vehicle Dirk Huber allegedly fled in after suffocating Nicole Lynn Radebaugh was recovered near Medora today, the owner of the vehicle told The Dickinson Press this afternoon. And the criminal complaint shows Huber allegedly confessed to the murder.
Authorities said earlier today that Huber has not been located but the source, who is Huber's acquaintance, said officers are searching an area near the Little Missouri River in the Badlands.
Authorities charged 41-year-old Huber, Belfield, with murdering the mother of his child Wednesday.
He is charged with suffocating 39-year-old Radebaugh on Tuesday.
The complaint, filed today, said he apologized to his daughter. She is safe.
Huber and Radebaugh reportedly dated in the past.
