Weber named manager of North Dakota Guaranty & Title’s Dickinson office Misty Weber has joined North Dakota Guaranty & Title Co. as manager of its Dickinson office.

Weber is a graduate of Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho, and worked at the University of Idaho for several years, where she articulated many policies and procedures for the transfer community.

She was an integral part in developing transfer agreements with several community colleges in Idaho, Washington and Oregon, according to a news release.

“We are very excited that Misty has joined the NDGT team as the Dickinson Manager”, South Region Vice President Erin Schmitz stated in the release. “She brings with her a wealth of professional knowledge, as well as strong customer service and leadership qualities. We look forward to the future in Dickinson with Misty at the helm.”

North Dakota Guaranty & Title Co. was founded in 1955. It offers complete residential and commercial title and real estate closing services.

KLJ hires Steinbach as CADD technician KLJ, an engineering, surveying and planning firm, has hired David Steinbach in its Dickinson office.

Steinbach is a CADD technician in the Survey Group.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in university studies from Dickinson State University, and has more than 21 years of engineering technician experience.

SBA’s ND office accepting nominations for 2015 National Small Business Week awards FARGO — The Small Buisness Administration office here is applications for several awards recognizing businesses in North Dakota.

The national organization uses the awards to recognize outstanding small business owners for their contribution to the American economy and society during National Small Business Week, which will be celebrated in May 2015.

The North Dakota office will select winners for several categories, including the Small Business Person of the Year and Small Business Exporter of the Year. Awards will be awarded at the state, regional and national level in most categories. Nominations can be submitted by almost any entity, including the business owner themselves.

Nominations may be submitted online at www.awards.sba.gov. The website provides information on the various award categories and nomination guidelines.

Nominations may also be submitted as a paper document by contacting the North Dakota Small Business Week coordinator for an office address. All nominations must be submitted by 1 p.m. CT, Monday, Jan. 5. For more information, contact the North Dakota District Office at 701-239-5131.
