Public input meeting to be held in Medora

The North Dakota Department of Transportation is asking for the public's input about two exits near Medora next week.

The meeting, which will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Nov. 28 at the Billings County Building at 495 4th St. in Medora, will utilize an open house format.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss proposed improvements and detour routes for the East Medora Interchange (Exit 27), located on Interstate 94 at mile 27, and for Fryburg Interchange (Exit 36), located on I-94 at mile 36. The project consists of overlaying the bridge decks of the two structures and other incidentals. Representatives from the NDDOT will be on hand to answer questions and discuss concerns.

If you are unable to attend the meeting but would still like to give feedback on the project, written statements or comments must be mailed by Dec. 13, 2017 to Randall Sandvig, Bridge Division, NDDOT, 608 E Boulevard Ave, Bismarck, ND 58505-0700 or rsandvig@nd.gov with "Public Input Meeting" in the email subject heading.
