Former pro wrestler gets 25 for sex crimes

WILLMAR, Minn. — A former professional wrestler was sentenced Thursday to more than 25 years in prison for molesting a close female relative over a period of years.

Eugene Otto Zumhofe, 63, of Cyrus, received a total of 310 months in prison on two first-degree and two third-degree counts of criminal sexual conduct. The judge ordered the sentences on the four counts to be served consecutively.

Zumhofe, a former pro wrestler known as “Buck Rock ‘N’ Roll Zumhofe,” also faces a charge of escape from custody.
