Dickinson Police arrest attempted murderer
Police have taken the suspect in an attempted murder into custody after he was found working in the Dickinson area.
Charles Tomlin Jr. was wanted on two outstanding Ward County warrants for attempted murder and criminal conspiracy to commit murder.
Officers had been tracking Tomlin for “some time,” according to a statement released Wednesday, and located him Tuesday night on foot near the 3200 block of Fourth Avenue East.
Tomlin was taken into custody and as of Wednesday was being held at the Southwest Multi-County Correction Center.
