Police Blotter: Vehicle stolen from Dickinson garage
Dickinson Police are looking for a stolen 2001 silver Ford Expedition, North Dakota license plate GFK513.
The vehicle was taken from the garage of a residence on the 600 block of 9th Street East sometime between Wednesday night and Thursday morning. The owner of the vehicle said the side entrance door to the garage was found ajar.
Two men arrested on terrorizing-related charges
Two Dickinson men were arrested early Friday morning at the Paragon sports club on West Villard.
Cody Gary, 26, and Joel Hall, 20, became upset after a security guard asked them to move their vehicle. They were gone by the time officers arrived, but returned to the area a short time later.
Officers responded again when Gary fired a shot in the air. He faces charges of terrorizing -- a felony offense -- reckless endangerment and discharging firearms within city limits.
Hall was arrested for minor in consumption and criminal conspiracy to commit terrorizing.
Both men were taken into custody at the Southwest Multi-County Correction Center.
Teen involved in rollover accident at BAC
A 15-year-old male suffered minor injuries in a rollover accident Thursday morning while driving near the Biesiot Activities Center on College Avenue.
The unnamed teen was treated for minor cuts by Dickinson Ambulance and released on the scene. Two 14-year-old male passengers who were also in the vehicle at the time of the accident were uninjured.
Pennsylvania man arrested on warrant
Dickinson Police officers deployed the SWAT team to serve an arrest warrant on a Pennsylvania man Thursday night.
After receiving a call that Daniel Bevevino, 31, was seen driving another individual’s vehicle in Dickinson, the tactical team responded to a residence on the 1500 block of 10th Avenue West, but the suspect answered the door right away.
Bevevino, of Russell, Pa., had been wanted on a Pennsylvania warrant for a parole and probation violation, Det. Terry Oestreich said.
Bevevino was taken into custody and is being held at the Southwest Multi-County Correction Center without bond.
Man arrested after trying to enter residence
A Dickinson man was arrested just after 5 a.m. Friday after attempting to enter a residence on the 900 block of Custer Street.
Nathan Amberg, 24, was trying to get into the front door of the house when Dickinson Police responded. He was arrested for disorderly conduct and taken into custody.
Belfield man arrested for drug possession
A Belfield man was arrested early Friday morning after Dickinson Police officers found him passed out in his vehicle near the 800 block of Brick Drive.
Tyler Gross, 19, was arrested for possession of oxycodone and possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia.
