Notable weekend citations and arrests in Dickinson

-- Neri Aaron Silva, 21, Rifle, Colo., was arrested early Sunday morning for terrorizing after pointing a gun at a fellow patron at Liquid Assets, Dickinson Police Detective Terry Oestreich said.

-- Summer Carter, 30, Dickinson, was cited for stealing a $70 deadbolt lock set from Walmart on Friday afternoon, Oestreich said.

-- Joshua Kruc, 25, Dickinson, was arrested Saturday afternoon for using another person’s debit card and spending $734, Oestreich said.

-- Casey Haymon, 23, a Louisiana man living in Dickinson, was arrested for tumultuous acts after fighting at the corner of Sims Street and Villard Street on Saturday night, Oestreich said.

-- Joshua Jorde, 29, Dickinson, was arrested at the Eagles Club early Sunday morning for the aggravated assault of his ex-girlfriend, Oestreich said.

-- Quentin Lutz, 22, Dickinson, was arrested for actual physical control, the non-moving equivalent of driving under the influence on Sunday morning, Oestreich said. Lutz was found intoxicated behind the wheel of a vehicle, but the vehicle was not moving.

-- A 15-year-old male was arrested for aggravated assault of another juvenile early Sunday morning, Oestreich said.
