Blotter: Workbenches, computers stolen from Hagen Junior High

• A 58-year-old Dickinson male was arrested on charges of DUI and refusing to take a chemical test Friday around 4 p.m.

• A 36-year-old Dickinson woman was arrested for DUI on Saturday.

• A 45-year-old male from Dickinson, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence Monday around the 3900 block of 115th Ave. SW.

• There is some remodeling work going on at Hagen Junior High, and there were three work table bases and a work bench outside. Someone is believed to have taken them, though they might have thought they were being disposed of as they were near the dumpsters. To replace them, the school estimates them to cost about $5,000 to replace. The call came in around 1 p.m. on Monday.

• Potential physical domestic abuse reported Monday that occurred over the weekend on the 600 block of Main Street. The case has been forwarded up to the state's attorney's office for possible charges. The case remains open and there is a suspect.

• A 38-year-old South Heart man, was arrested on charges of DUI near the 3800 block of 121st Ave SW just after midnight Tuesday.

• A 36-year-old man was arrested for driving under revocation on the 300 block on Bonnie Street around 8:30 a.m.

• A 24-year-old Belfield man was arrested for giving false information to law enforcement around 3 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of Villard Street. The man allegedly gave a fictitious name to law enforcement after he was pulled over for having a tail light out. He was booked at the correctional center on a $400 bond.

• A projector and some computers were stolen sometime Monday evening from Hagen Junior High. The Dickinson Police Department is following up on potential suspects.

• A male and a female were involved in an altercation at Taco Bell around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.

• A 30-year-old Mandaree man was arrested on a U.S. District Court Federal warrant from CHI St. Alexius and escorted to the correctional center Tuesday evening.

• A wallet and cellphone were allegedly stolen from the Walmart parking lot Tuesday evening. The case is under investigation and the police department is awaiting surveillance footage.

• A 22-year-old Dickinson woman was arrested for driving under suspension and driving without liability insurance Tuesday around 9 p.m.

• A 30-year-old Dickinson woman was arrested for driving under suspension and possession of marijuana paraphernalia Tuesday evening. The case was forwarded to the narcotics task force.

• The police received a report of a fight at Rosie's parking lot between two men Wednesday around 11:30 a.m. There were no serious injuries and the case is under investigation.

• A 41-year-old Dickinson man was arrested for refusal of a chemical test Wednesday night.

• A 22-year-old Dickinson woman was arrested for possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia Tuesday night on the 400 block of Second Street East. A juvenile was also arrested for possession of marijuana associated with that case.
