Sidney man dies in Sunday afternoon semi truck accident
A 47-year-old Sidney, Mont., man was killed Sunday afternoon after rolling a semi truck in Williams County, the North Dakota Highway Patrol reported.
The man, whose name has not been released, was driving a 1993 Freightliner truck southbound on Williams County Road 5 about 15 miles south of Grenora when he drifted onto the east shoulder. He then overcorrected and turned the truck counter-clockwise entering the west ditch. The truck then rolled on his top and the driver, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected before the truck came to a rest facing east on its top in the west ditch.
