Cobb and Kynan Dutton, who each face seven felony counts of terrorizing in Grant County District Court, were scheduled to appear for their preliminary hearings and/or arraignments at 2 p.m. Monday. The hearings are now set for 11 a.m. Wednesday at the county courthouse in Carson.

Court clerks said the hearings were postponed because of a funeral Monday.

Cobb, who bought up property in the small town of Leith with the intention of creating a haven for white supremacists, and Dutton, a white separatist who joined Cobb in Leith in October, both remain incarcerated in the Mercer County jail in Stanton.

Cobb is being held on $1 million cash-only bail and Dutton on $50,000 cash-only bail.
