Former ND deputy fails drug test again
BISMARCK -- A former Burleigh County sheriff’s deputy accused of stealing evidence — drugs and cellphones — has again failed a drug test while awaiting trial.
Kerry Komrosky violated his drug patch requirements, according to an incident report filed in South Central District Court Monday.
Two past incident reports, one filed June 4 and another filed May 7, also note violations of the drug patch mandated as a condition of his bond.
The last time Komrosky failed the drug test another $1,000 was added to his bond. He has a bond hearing for his most recent violation scheduled for Wednesday.
