Letter: Election is important to America's future

How did we, the United States of America, the greatest nation on Earth, end up with a president that trashes the Constitution in every way that he pledged to uphold and defend, and is not held accountable and people voting twice for him?

Plus, the prospect of electing the first female wannabe president who will be much worse! The purpose of the Constitution is to protect the people from their government and keep it from getting too powerful.

Our founding fathers established a government for the people by the people where those the people elect are to be accountable to those that elected them. Instead, those the people elected have become a ruling monarchy resulting in government at the people against the people, eliminating accountability. It's happening in state governments as well.

Part of the reason is we have an extremely biased news media that is in cahoots with our Marxist/Socialist leaning political system (both parties included). Their purpose is to dumb down the electorate to the point that they can make the election go their way. To say nothing about fraudulent voting by illegals, people in cemeteries, etc.

Fortunately, we have a real choice for president, who is not a politician and is not afraid to tell it the way it is whether it is acceptable to the status quo or not. Just the thought of a businessman coming in off the street and running the country as a business scares all politicians and the biased news media to death, because they know they would do way better than any politician.

Remember, a vote for the female wannabe for the first woman president is a vote to dissolve the U.S. completely into a Marxist/Socialist nanny state.

Please, please get out and vote! And pray, pray, pray! Depending on the outcome, this could very well be the last presidential election we may ever have.

Think about it!

Government at all levels needs many more real people and fewer politicians.

Gladstone
