BISMARCK — The Dickinson High softball team didn’t let the snowfall on Sunday dampen its spirits.

Jahner responded with another performance in the second game. The sophomore pitched seven innings, allowed two runs on six hits and struck out eight.

Dickinson’s offense in the opening game came from Mackee Hoffmann. The senior catcher went 2 for 4 with a solo home run. Rachel Jahner scored the game-winning run in the eighth inning.

Rachel Jahner, a senior shortstop, wasn’t finished in the opening game. She supplied two hits and two RBI in the second game. Sierra Rohr, Avery Privratsky, Riley Cooper and Abby Jones each scored runs in the win.

Century’s mainstay on the offense was Zuraff, who combined to go 3 for 5 with two home runs, two RBI and scored two runs.
