The Williston Basin Petroleum Conference opened Tuesday with more than 500 exhibit booths at the Bismarck Civic Center. The conference continues through Thursday and is expected to attract more than 4,000 people.

Officials celebrated the recent expansion of the Hess Corp. Tioga Gas Plant on Monday.  The plant currently processes about 120 million standard cubic feet of gas per day and is anticipated to process at least 250 million standard cubic feet of gas per day.
