North Dakota State junior cornerback Marcus Williams runs with the football against Colorado State on Saturday in Fort Collins, Colo.  Williams is out two weeks after undergoing arthroscopic surgery to his knee. Williams is one of the 10 Bison players who could face disciplinary measures, but not suspensions, for their involvement in faking petition signatures in a scandal that stopped two citizen initiatives from making the November ballot.
