Clayton Neuhauser, 59, who has driven long-haul and other trucks since leaving the family ranch in South Dakota, has now started his own vehicle-hauling company in Dickinson, his home for the last three years. When he’s not working as owner of Neuhauser Hauling, or smoking salmon in his smoker, Neuhauser sometimes works on creating and selling coffee tables or other art made out of slabs of maple burl, cedar and other woods.
