The parade must go on: Roughrider Days Fair and Expo event delayed but not stopped
The Roughrider Commission didn’t let anything rain on their parade. Though the Roughrider Days Fair and Expo event was delayed three hours due to rain on Saturday in Dickinson, the streets were full of onlookers, as shown above, and the parade lasted almost two hours.
