However, the Roughriders could never close out with a win. Sioux Falls (S.D.) East defeated Dickinson 6-5 after a two-run sixth inning on Sunday. The Roughriders held a 5-4 lead after the top of the sixth. Derek Goeden supplied a RBI single to drive in Xavier Miller for the game-winning run. Andrew White led Sioux Falls with two hits and two RBI, while Miller went 2 for 2 with a double and scored a run.
