If you are reading this article, it means someone gave birth to you. That would be your mother. Much has been written about Mothers. Far greater writers and poets than I have written creative and heartwarming stories and poems about mothers. For me to write something in comparison is a task way beyond me. I have read many amazing articles, poems and tributes to mothers. I especially like the ones that talk about how God made mothers so special. He gave a mom eyes in back of her head so she can see her sneaky kids misbehaving behind her back.
Who are these people and what are they doing? These are my parents, Marie and Ted Renner. They are playing on their iPad. They belong to a new generation of iPadders. (Parents Are Defining Different Entertainment Rules.) In October, my mom announced that she wanted an iPad for her birthday. Woman to woman, I would never reveal her real age but she was born during the Great Depression. I was shocked when she asked for an iPad. I didn’t even think she knew what one was.
