WEST FARGO, N.D. — The North Dakota state high school boys soccer tournament will continue as scheduled without 23 West Fargo Sheyenne varsity players who were forced to quarantine due to COVID exposure, according to a release issued Thursday, Oct. 8, from the North Dakota High School Activities Association.
