PSC to decide on Brady Wind I Thursday

BISMARCK--The North Dakota Public Service Commission will meet at 12:30 p.m. MT Thursday at the State Capitol building to vote on the proposed Brady Wind Energy Center I wind farm project in southern Stark County.

BISMARCK-The North Dakota Public Service Commission will meet at 12:30 p.m. MT Thursday at the State Capitol building to vote on the proposed Brady Wind Energy Center I wind farm project in southern Stark County.

NextEra Energy Resources presented information on the 87-turbine, 150-megawatt project to the PSC on March 31. The commissioners have been deliberating it since during work sessions.

The PSC also received information on the second phase of the project, Brady Wind II, in northern Hettinger County. It listened to 10 hours of information, exhibits and testimony on the second phase of the project on June 7. The first work session for Brady Wind II will be June 21 starting at 10 a.m. MT.
