BISMARCK (AP) -- Tesoro Corp. officials say repairs to a gasoline-making unit damaged by a blaze at its refinery in North Dakota aren't expected to be completed for several weeks.
The company says the Jan. 19 fire had cut production at the Mandan plant by about 10 percent.
Tesoro spokesman Mike Marcy says repairs at the refinery should be completed by mid-March. He says the plant should be running at full capacity at that time.
Marcy says the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
