Notice is hereby given that the Board of Stark County Commissioners will receive sealed bids for the Rental of Equipment to be used for building road grades, bridge approaches, rip-rapping, snow removal and other necessary work on County roads throughout the County and for bridge repair work with the County owned material.
Prices must be effective for one year from date of bid.
Bidder must designate name, type, horsepower and model of equipment on an hourly, yardage or annual basis, for the use of equipment, with bidder furnishing operator, repair, fuel, oil, insurance, and other incidentals and items at the discretion of the Board. No allowance will be given for travel or expense to job site. Also bid where bidder does not furnish operator, repairs, fuel, oil, insurance and other incidentals.
Bid to be addressed to the Stark County Auditor, PO Box 130, Dickinson, ND 58602 on or before 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 6, 2018 and shall contain a copy of the license or certification of renewal thereof issued by the Secretary of State enclosed in a separate envelope.
The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
