Notice is hereby given that the Board of Stark County Commissioners will receive sealed bids for producing, hauling, laying, and compacting Hot Bituminous Pavement on various projects throughout Stark County as designated by the Board of Commissioners and the Road Superintendent.
Specifications for bidding and bid forms are available at the office of the Stark County Auditor.
Prices must be effective for one year from date of bid acceptance.

Bid to be addressed to the Stark County Auditor, PO Box 130, Dickinson, ND 58602 on or before 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 6, 2018 and shall contain a copy of the North Dakota contractor's license or certification of renewal thereof issued by the Secretary of State enclosed in a separate envelope.
The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
