AMENDMENT OF STARK COUNTY
ZONING ORDINANCE AND
APPROVAL OF VARIANCE
Notice is hereby given that public hearings for the following requests were held on August 29th, 2019 at the Stark County Planning and Zoning meeting at 3:00 pm in the Commissioner's room in the Stark County Courthouse. Those requests were approved by the Stark County Commission their August 29, 2019 commission meeting.
RZ 08-19 Chance and Megan Noyce are requesting a rezoning from Agriculture to Rural Residential on a property located in the E ½ of the NW ¼ of Section 10, Township 139, Range 97 containing approximately 5.01 acres.
RZ 09-19 Brad Wanner is requesting a rezoning on a property located at 10445 40th Street SW in the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 22, Township 139, Range 95 containing approximately 10 acres
Any person aggrieved by the decision of the County Commission may protest the decision or appeal the decision to the district court. Protests or appeals to the board of county commission do require a formal application and are initiated with the zoning administrator in accordance with Chapter 8.8 of the Stark County Zoning Ordinance.
