The 12th Annual Daddy Daughter Dance attracted more than 320 people at the Astoria Hotel Friday, April 23, and Saturday, April 24, for its two-night event, which was hosted by the Dickinson Police Association. From first-timers to regular attendees, the event proved to be a success with the Dickinson community, selling out each night.
The 12th Annual Daddy Daughter Dance will take place this weekend, this year as a two-day event. Hosted by the Dickinson Police Association, this year’s theme is “Candy Land.”
The Dickinson Police and Fire departments teamed up together for the 7th Annual Police and Fire 2021 Heroes Ball Saturday, April 3, at the Roosevelt Grand Dakota Hotel. Followed by a social hour and dinner, Dickinson Police Chief introduced keynote speakers Rapid City Police Lt. Tim Doyle, of Rapid City, S.D., and his wife Charity.
The Dickinson Police and Fire departments will join forces to host the 2021 Police and Fire Heroes Ball, mask-erade style April 3, 2021, featuring a Rapid City Police Lieutenant as the keynote speaker, auction, live music and more.
The Dickinson Police and Firefighter Associations are currently in the process of collaborating with the Dickinson Parks & Recreation Board for the creation of a new park specifically designed for toddlers and younger children.
