BA Addition Zone Change NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Killdeer Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at Killdeer City Hall, 165 Railroad Street, Killdeer, North Dakota, to consider a zone change from Agricultural (A) to Single Family Residential (SFR) in relation to the BA Addition preliminary plat. The applicant is Josh Andersen. The area is located on the south side of Adams Drive approximately 500-feet west of its intersection with ND Highway 22. BA Addition Preliminary Plat NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Killdeer Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 8, 2022, at Killdeer City Hall, 165 Railroad Street, Killdeer, North Dakota, to consider a preliminary plat for the proposed BA Addition. The development area is located on the south side of Adams Drive approximately 500-feet west of its intersection with North Dakota Highway 22. The applicant is Josh Andersen. The preliminary plat subdivides a 10-acre parcel with the intent to develop single-family homes. The proposed subdivision would create a 24 single-family parcels varying from 0.24 to 0.40 acres in size. At the public hearing, a change of zone will also be considered from Agricultural (A) to Single Family Residential (SFR) to enable the subdivision.
