The meeting was called to order at 5:00 PM (MT) by Mayor Mross, with Council Members Brett Northrop, Breanna Haspert, Edward Braun, Bruce Baer present. Attorney Kuntz attended meeting left conference call at 5:28pm
Members on the conference call included Chief Steve Byrne, Belfield Police Department, Brent Hardy, Interstate Engineering, Damon Ross, Belfield Public Works, and Linda Staudinger.
Move to approve the agenda.
Councilwoman Haspert asked for additions to be added to the agenda.
1.Waive water bill late charges- March, April, and maybe May depending on how long this
lasts.
2.City Employee duties and emergency plan update
3.Quote from Brosz Engineering to get the software for the GIS mapping info for city employees
4.Issues causing any and all tax hikes on our water bills until we can figure out where our leaks are coming from.
5.I don't know where discussion can be substituted for journaling the meeting minutes.
Motion to add the additional items to the agenda.
