Bernel Zabolotny Plat NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Killdeer Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at Killdeer City Hall, 165 Railroad Street, Killdeer, North Dakota, to consider a final plat for the proposed Bernel Zabolotny Subdivision. The project area is located on the south side of High Street/3rd Street SW approximately 1,800 feet east of its intersection with 103rd Avenue SW. The applicant is Delane Thom (CHS Inc.). The plat separates an anhydrous ammonia filling site from an agricultural property. The proposed subdivision would create a 2 acre lot.
