C-111: ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS REPLAT OF WEST RIDGE 1ST STREET IMPROVEMENTS CITY OF DICKINSON, ND City Project Number: 202112 Highlands Project Number: 210235 General Notice The City of Dickinson, ND (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Replat of West Ridge 1st Street Improvements Project Number 202112 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at City of Dickinson, ND City Hall to the attention of Rita Binstock located at 38 1st Street West, Dickinson, ND 58601, until Thursday, March 17, 2022 at 2:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: • Removal of asphalt pavement and replacement with concrete pavements • Re-shape base materials in repair areas • Adjustment of water valves, sewer manholes and storm inlets Obtaining the Bidding Documents Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated website: - Project Number 8136408 Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Copy of North Dakota Contractor’s License or Certificate of Renewal All bidders must be licensed for the full amount of the bid as required by Section 43-07-12 of the North Dakota Century Code. No Bid will be read or considered unless it fully complies with the bidding requirements. Contracts shall be awarded on the basis of the low bid submitted by a responsible and responsive Bidder for the aggregate sum of all bid items as defined in the Bidding Documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in any bid, to hold all bids for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of opening bids, to accept the bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the Owner. If satisfactory bids are not received, the Owner reserves the right to rebid the project until a satisfactory bid is received. The work on the improvements shall be substantially completed on or before 10/14/22 and ready for final payment on or before 10/31/22 in accordance with the Contract Documents.
