Tuesday, April 28th, 2020 at 5:00 pm to consider the following items:

1. Approve January 7th, 2020, Zoning Board Meeting Minutes
2. Petition for a variance for a 30 x 48, 1440 sq. ft detached garage. Sec 3.8 zoning ordinance indicates a maximum allowed for accessory buildings of 1200 sq. ft.
Mr. and Mrs. Roger Decker have an existing garage of 624 sq. ft. the additional garage will exceed the maximum allowed by 864 sq. ft. on said parcel of land - 305 5th Ave. NE, L1-4 B5, O'Conner's Addition, Belfield, Stark County, State of ND. PIN 46000206439000.
