The Zoning Board meeting was called to order at 5:00pm (MT) by Zoning Board President Kevin Hushka. Zoning Board Members Wallace Mross and Roger Decker, were present. Don Jablonsky, Bryce Wilson were absent.
Members of the audience were Dana Gross.
The minutes from the April 28th, 2020 Zoning Board Meetings were approved as presented (Mross/Hushka) All in favor, Unanimous.
Petition for a variance for an overhead door on garage to be placed on south side of garage which will be 6' off the alley instead of overhead door to be placed on east side of garage which has electrical poles in place.
Sec 4.3-d zoning ordinance if the overhead garage door entrance is located on the side yard street setback, a minimum depth of twenty (20) foot setback is required for the attached garage for said parcel of land - 102 2nd St. NE, L37 & L38 B19, OP, Belfield, Stark County, State of ND. PIN 46000106204000.
Motion to recommend the approval of the variance with the condition the alley is never obstructed by a vehicle to the City Council. (Mross/Decker) (Hushka - Yes, Decker -Yes, Mross-Yes).
With no further business brought before the Zoning Board, a motion was made to adjourn (5:46pm) (MT) (Mross/Decker) All in favor, Unanimous.
